H1B Consultants
You will be interested in this program if you are in U.S. on a H1B visa. In Information Technology, H1B visa holders were very instrumental in revolutionizing the sector. An H1B visa holder is 'tied' to a sponsoring employer and has to "dance to their tunes." We know what it is like. Well, not any more! Join us and be independent while on H1B visa. H1B IT consultants will have freedom of choosing a project, place of work, and billing rate. We are bringing the concept of independent contractor even for H1B visa holders.
We offer to sponsor you for H1B and green card if you become our employee.
We will share with you all billing and payment info with the client where you will be working. Irrespective of who finds a project, consultants keep a signicant percentage of their regular hours' billing rate and 100% of their over-time billing rate. We believe that you should reap all the benefits for your over-time work. With this program, someone with couple of years of experience in U.S., can easily make equivalent of 75K to 150K per year of salary. Your take home pay goes up same day as your billing goes up. You keep all the overtime that you can do. We have consultants making in excess of quarter million dollars per year who are still on H1B.
You and your family will be eligible for full medical insurance from Blue Cross. There is no contract to sign.

IT Manager needed with relevant Bachelor's or foreign equivalent and minimum 5 years experience using JAVA, J2EE, JDBC, XSL, Windows Environments.

Project Management
Ideal candidates will have 6+ years experience in the following:
- Experience in all facets of Project Management (planning, identifying, risk, tracking, resources, costs, scheduling, etc.)
- Business process/work flow documentation and facilitation.
- Meeting aggressive project budgets and schedules.
- Two to three years of experience in software development.
Software Development
- 5-7 Years experience developing, supporting, and maintaining client server and web-based applications utilizing primarily Visual Basic, ASP, and MS SQL Server.
- Must be experienced in the full software development lifecycle.
- Experience in report writing using Crystal Reports and/or Business Objects a plus.
- Ability to perform in a team environment as well as independently under minimal supervision is a pre-requisite.
- Must have previously demonstrated high level of client focus and ownership of task.
Java Developers
- 2 to 5 years of software development experience.
- Expert in Java programming (2—4 years), Swing, Core Java classes, security, multi-threading, networking APIs.
- Strong development experience on Solaris platform, makefiles.
- Familiar with Windows 2000/XP, Install shield 7.x.
- Familiar with security technologies like X.509 certs, IPsec, encryption, authentication.
- Knowledge of Network protocols TCP/IP, SNMP, routing protocols.
- Experience in building large software systems.
- BSCS/BSEE required.
- Responsible for designing, developing and troubleshooting software programs for computer based systems.
- Perform modeling, simulation and analysis in designing applications, libraries and utility programs.
Database Architects
- Perform data architecture and database modeling.
- Manage and maintain Oracle database applications.
- Provide database support and consulting to project leaders for new projects on standards, naming conventions, database design.
- Expertise in database performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management as well as technical teams.
- Operating Systems: UNIX, Windows 2000, NT, WIN98
- Databases: ORACLE, SQL Server, DB2
- Networking: TCP/IP, NOVELL/NETWARE, SQLNET
- Desired skills: MS/ACCESS, Documentum

We are looking for an experienced web developers with strong graphic design skills.
